The Institute is supported by its Advisory Committee of world-renowned scientists and their broad experience in the study of fossils in both China and North America. |

| Sinofossa Institute, a nonprofit organization, was incorporated in Montreal, Canada in 2003. It was founded by professional paleontologist Dr. Hai-lu You (Ph.D., University of Pennsylvania, 2002). Dr. You has more than 15 years of experience in the discovery and study of dinosaurs from China and North America. |
