Prices |

| Unless otherwise indicated, the prices for SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE's Geotours include meals, lodging and transportation in China. They do NOT include international airfare, passport and visa fees, and personal expenses. |

Methods of Payment |
|
| To reserve your space on a Geotour, a US$200 deposit per person must be submitted to SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE. Placement is on a first come, first served basis. Payment of the deposit is acknowledgment that you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined here. Balance of payment will be due to SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE no later than 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellations and Refunds |
|
| If notice of cancellation is received by SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE 15 days prior to departure, a full refund (including US$200 deposit) will be made. For later cancellations, a $200 (amount of deposit) cancellation fee, plus a further forfeiture will be imposed as follows:
15 to 8 days prior to departure: 50%
7 days to departure date or after: NO REFUND

Travel Documents |
|
| You are responsible for obtaining a valid passport and visa for travel to China. SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE will not be responsible for any delays, damages and/or losses, including missed portions of the tour, which are related to missing travel documents.
|
|
Insurance |
|
| SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE strongly recommends that each participant has health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance for the duration of his/her travels.
|
|
Portage |
|
| You will be responsible for taking your own luggage through customs. When possible during your tour, SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE will try to provide porters and assistance with your luggage, but you must understand that this is not always possible.
|
|
Baggage |
|
| SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE shall not be responsible in any way for the loss or damage to your baggage. |
|
Single Travellers |
|
| SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE will make its best efforts to match single travelers with suitable roommates. If this is not possible, the single supplement has to be charged.

|
Liability Exclusions |
|
| SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE shall not be liable for any loss, or additional expense, injury, or damage to the Geotour participants or their belongings or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any other occurrences beyond the control of SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE, including breakdown in equipment, strikes, fire, acts of government or authorities, wars, whether declared or not, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, delays, cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules, etc. SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE reserves the right to withdraw and/or to cancel a Geotour or to make changes in the itinerary whenever, in its sole judgment, conditions warrant it. SINOFOSSA INSTITUTE reserves the right to decline accepting or retaining any person as a member of the Geotour at any time should such person's health or general deportment or attitude impede the operations of the tour.
